Don’t Face Criminal Charges Alone

When you are charged with a crime, you are probably worried about the immediate future: Will you go to jail? How will you raise money for bail? These are important factors, but the long-term future consequences are just as important and need to be addressed. Outcomes like losing your driving privileges, losing the right to buy and carry firearms, damage to your ability to get a job, and other possibilities can seem overwhelming. You have the right to legal representation and it is important that you don’t try to face these charges on your own.

You need a dedicated attorney who will work hard on your behalf to minimize the penalties you face and obtain the most favorable outcome. I am attorney Brittany Trammell. I offer unwavering support to my clients throughout the duration of their case. As founding attorney of Trammell, Smith & Associates, LLC, I am committed to providing personalized service and an aggressive defense. I know that being arrested is scary and confusing. I will treat you and your case professionally and with respect.

I can help with all types of criminal defense, including:

  • Felony charges
  • Misdemeanor charges
  • DUI
  • Drug charges
  • Domestic violence
  • Theft
  • Civil Litigation including temporary protective orders (TPOs)

What To Do After A DUI

When you are charged with a DUI in Georgia, penalties can be harsh. A first-time DUI means the automatic suspension of your driver’s license for up to 12 months, along with a minimum of a $300 fine and maximum of a $1,000 fine. Fines for subsequent offenses can be as high as $5,000. You’ll also pay a license reinstatement fee after your license is suspended. You may even face jail time. An experienced DUI attorney can help minimize these penalties; the sooner you call me, the better.

I can help control the fallout from being arrested for a DUI. An attorney may be able to negotiate reduced charges, less severe penalties or get your case dismissed. I know the system, and will advocate on your behalf to minimize the effect of these charges. I am always available to answer questions you have about the process and the progress of your case. If your case goes to trial, I will provide vigorous representation in the courtroom.

Convenient Virtual Consultation

I make it easy to conduct a virtual consultation either over the phone or using online video platforms. I am available when you need help, no matter the time of day or night. I will listen to the charges, assess your case, and provide you with honest, hard-hitting advice and strategies for your defense.
